The following photo is from a robbery at THE National
Bank in Delmar on 1-31-2007. This man allegedly fled the bank on foot and
then left the area in smaller-sized red pickup truck. Anybody who may have
seen this man or may have information should contact the Clinton County

Kidnapping Investigation
Attempt to Identify

Between 6:00pm and 7:00pm on 9/9/03 a five
year old black female was kidnapped from her residence in Clinton Iowa.
She was located at approx. 7:35pm on 9/9/03 in rural Clinton County 25
miles west of Clinton.. Suspect is described as a heavy set black male,
30 to 40 years of age, cornrowed hair. Suspect was driving an older
model 2dr S.U.V. or van. Possibly light blue in color with a dark blue
stripe.
